I am super excited to be invited to OPEN BORDERS: 'Arboretum' Exhibition at Lost Eden, Dwelling WA.
Lost Eden Creative is in Dwellingup. a small forest town which is grappling with issues around mining, forestry, tourism and balancing all these while maintaining its attraction as a place to live and visit. This extends to many communities within the southwest of WA.
The forested areas of southwest Western Australia stand in stark contrast to the vast expanses of desert and ocean that border it on all sides. Our isolation protects us somewhat but it is a remote and rare collection of biodiversity that is under extreme and increasing stress.
