Selected works from A Tale of Two Trees were exhibited as part of Metamorphosis at FORM WA Gallery, a group exhibition inspired by Ovid’s epic poem of the same name. In this metropolitan setting, the works entered into dialogue with the diverse practices of fellow artists David Charles Collins, Sarah Elson, Holly Story, Beverly Thomson, together honouring the transformative power of the natural world. Responding to the exhibition’s theme, the pieces extended the conversation of trees as living witnesses, aligning with the show’s call to reimagine our entanglement with the plant kingdom and the roles we play within this earthly realm.
